Maid Service

We provide initial thorough cleans as well as ongoing maintenance cleaning. When your INDIVIDUAL MAID or 2-person MINI-TEAM comes to your home, they are armed with a CHECKLIST, specifying areas to be cleaned and the corresponding cleaning supply to be used for each of these tasks. They will also have a copy of your "special priority list".

MAINTENANCE CLEAN CHECKLIST

YOUR CLEAN MAY INCLUDE:

KITCHEN:

• Dust walls, ceiling fans, wall ornaments and mini-blinds
• Dust air vents, window sills, chair rails and baseboards
• Clean all cabinets and outside of all appliances
• Clean all counter space and kitchen table
• Shine all chrome on tables and chairs
• Scour sink and polish chrome
• Vacuum kitchen floor before scrubbing by hand

GENERAL AREAS

• Dust walls, ceiling fans, wall ornaments and mini-blinds
• Dust air vents, window sills, chair rails and baseboards
• Clean all glass items and mirrors
• Dust and polish all furniture
• Dust shelves and all knickknacks
• Move small furniture and vacuum floor area
• Consolidate trash into kitchen garbage can or trash bag
• Vacuum furniture or wipe with damp cloth
• Make all beds and change bed linens, when placed on bed

LAUNDRY ROOM

• Dust walls, ceiling fans, wall ornaments and mini-blinds
• Dust air vents, window sills, chair rails and baseboards
• Dust shelves and knickknacks
• Clean top and outside of appliances
• Consolidate trash into kitchen garbage can or trash bag
• Clean utility sink and polish the chrome
• Vacuum and hand scrub floor, including corners

BATHROOMS

• Dust walls, ceiling fans, wall ornaments and mini-blinds
• Dust air vents, window sills, chair rails and baseboards
• Scrub down all tiles or fiberglass in tub/shower area
• Remove soap build-up from tile, grout and corners
• Clean glass shower doors inside and outside
• Polish all chrome and brass faucets and shower heads
• Clean and dry sinks, and clean and polish faucets
• Clean and sanitize toilet both inside and out
• Shake bathroom rugs outside and return when floor is dry
• Consolidate trash into kitchen garbage can or trash bag
• Clean tissue holder and towel racks
• Vacuum and hand scrub floor, including corners
