Patek Philippe Replica refreshed the Ladies Atomatic Nautilus with a slightly enlarged case size, from 33.6 mm to 35.2mm, and improved the bracelet with a new fold-over clasp with adjustment system that allows 2-4mm extra give on the wrist.
Revised range of dial colors include silver, blue and gradated grey, with the Nautilus's signature embossed horizontal bands across the dial. In steel case, the bezel is set with 56 Top Wes-selton Pure diamonds (replica watches). This reference replaces the ref. 7018/1A.
